1. Service Description

Claudlabs Waitlist ("the Service") is a waitlist management service for product launches. The Service enables:

• Operators to create waitlists, collect signups, and send launch notification emails.
• Subscribers to sign up to waitlists and receive email communications related to those waitlists.

2. Account Terms (Operators)

By creating an operator account you agree to:

• Provide a valid email address for account registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys.
• Not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Comply with all applicable email and data-protection laws, including CAN-SPAM, LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018), and GDPR.

3. Subscriber Terms

• Signing up to a waitlist constitutes consent to receive a confirmation email and subsequent launch notification emails for that waitlist.
• You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.
• You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at b@claudlabs.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or distributing malicious content.
• Collect subscriber data for purposes other than waitlist management.
• Abuse the API through automated means beyond reasonable usage patterns.

5. Data Processing

• Operators act as data controllers for their subscribers' personal data.
• Claudlabs acts as a data processor on behalf of operators, processing subscriber data solely to provide the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Service, its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of Claudlabs.
• Operators retain full ownership of their content and subscriber data.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• Claudlabs is not liable for email delivery failures caused by third-party email providers.
• Claudlabs is not liable for data loss beyond reasonable backup measures.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the relationship at any time.
• Operators may delete their account and all associated data at any time from the dashboard.
• Claudlabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify affected users by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brazil.
